“Customer” refers to any individual or entity purchasing products or services from us.
“Products” refers to our shed electrical kits and associated components.
“Services” refers to the installation and any other services provided by Krest Electrical.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via our secure online payment system.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time but will honour the price at the time of purchase.
Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, minor variations may occur.
Installation Services: Installation services are available as part of selected packages. The Customer is responsible for providing safe and clear access to the installation site.
Customization: Any requested modifications to standard products may incur additional charges.
Installation bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment is received.
The Customer must provide accurate contact details and installation site information.
Any changes to scheduled installations must be requested at least 5 business days in advance.
Delivery and installation timeframes are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring the installation area is ready and compliant with safety regulations.
Additional fees may apply if the installation is delayed due to site inaccessibility or safety issues.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Cancellations made after 24 hours may incur a 20% cancellation fee to cover processing and administrative costs.
Installation service fees are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of installation.
The warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, or modifications made by the Customer.
Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products or the re-supply of services.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., weather, supply chain disruptions).
The Customer must provide accurate information during the purchase and booking process.
The Customer must ensure the installation area is safe and accessible.
Any permits or approvals required for installation are the responsibility of the Customer.
All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the intellectual property of Krest Electrical and may not be used without permission.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and it is the Customer’s responsibility to review them before purchasing.
